With the spread of the pandemic and quarantine announced in many countries, people have to adjust to living in a new reality. Being stuck at homes, we have to develop new habits, change our daily routines, get used to work from home and minimize live communication. We have never experienced anything like this before and, of course, it can't but affect the way we feel, behave and stay productive.  Our speaker Nataliya Kadya, expert in neuromanagement, told how to stay positive during the coronavirus crisis, develop new habits, make the best of the quarantine mode and how to maintain the work-life balance when our homes turn into our offices.
