AmCham Ukraine leadership, Infrastructure Committee Co-Chairs, and AmCham members met online with Oleksandr Fedoryshyn, Acting Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine and Serhii Symonov, Deputy Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU).
During the meeting, SPFU presented the most interesting and critical objects prepared for small and large privatization. The participants also discussed the issues of investors’ rights protection during the privatization process, transfer of objects from lease to privatization, particularly in terms of port industry facilities, and privatization of objects through redemption.
We are grateful to the SPFU team for an in-depth presentation and a regular dialogue with the business community and we look forward to working together on joint priorities and initiatives.
