Intellias, a global IT company, became a partner of Forbes Ukraine 30 Under 30 event and awarded four IT industry nominees. This year’s nominees included over 30 military servicemen, volunteers, representatives of IT and creative industries, businessmen, athletes, and agents of change.
Vitaly Sedler, CEO and co-founder of Intellias, gave Forbes awards to the IT industry nominees, who achieved significant results before turning 30 years old and whose startups and innovative projects are changing the world.
“Supporting talented youth is one of the main focuses of our work at Intellias, and nurturing a growth mindset is one of our key values. That is why we were delighted to take part in Forbes 30 Under 30 Award. This award is given to young talents, who have already reached the highest heights, each of them in their own sphere. These Ukrainians honor our country abroad and make it stronger. I wish them the best of luck in achieving new, and tremendous results in the future,” says Vitaly Sedler, CEO and co-founder of Intellias.
During the ceremony, Vitaly Sedler gave a special Intellias award to Vadym Synzheretskyi, one of the IT industry nominees. Vadym co-founded a BUKI – platform for finding tutors, which demonstrated fast growth and achieved a place in the list of Europe’s best educational startups. In April 2022, BUKI was launched in the USA. Vadym and his partners developed their startup without external investment. Currently, the platform unites 11,000 tutors, its annual income has already reached $10 million.
“For me, this award from Forbes is a confirmation of the value that BUKI creates for thousands of its clients all over the world and acknowledgement of the hard work my partners and our team have committed themselves to during these nine years. The more support big companies like Intellias show to various initiatives, startups, and social projects, the more people become inspired and willing to explore these opportunities. Developing the IT industry is essential for Ukraine’s economy, since this industry is fast-growing, technological, with high levels of mobility. It means that people from Ukraine can create fantastic products with high added value for clients all over the world, channelling money into Ukraine’s economy,” says Vadym Synzheretskyi, CEO and co-founder of BUKI marketplace.
Intellias presented Vadym with a modern e-bike for his efforts in developing innovative education. This is the company’s way of highlighting the importance of ecomobility and cities’ sustainable development, another of Intellias key focuses.
About the Forbes 30 Under 30 rating
The Forbes 30 Under 30 rating was first launched in the United States in 2011. Eventually, similar ratings were launched in Europe and Asia. In 2023, Forbes Ukraine presented the 30 Under 30 list for the fourth time. The list included young Ukrainians who impressed the country and the world before turning 30 years old. Candidates were suggested by members of the jury, editors and every Forbes reader through an open questionnaire. Candidates who received the highest scores from the expert jury made it to the final list. The assessment was carried out separately in six categories: “Military and volunteers”, “IT”, “Business”, “Agents of change”, “Sports”, “Creative industries”.
