On 2 August 2023, the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association for 2023-2025 was elected at the meeting of the Legal Assembly. Yaroslav Ognevyuk, Sayenko Kharenko’s partner, became a member of the Board from the UBA Kyiv Branch.
The Ukrainian Bar Association is a national non-governmental organisation that unites thousands of lawyers and creates an influential professional community. The Association’s main objectives are to develop the legal profession, improve legislation, implement ethical standards, and protect the professional rights of its members and human rights in general.
Together with other members of the Board, Yaroslav is responsible for making important decisions regarding various aspects of the Association’s activities.
