The war pushed businesses to rethink their development strategies and people management. Many had to relocate employees and production chains to other countries. The relocation entailed a need to optimize and reshape labor relations, as well as to learn more about the taxation of employees' incomes in Ukraine and the countries of actual stay. Viktoriya Fomenko leads the Tax and Customs team and co-heads the Private Client practice.
