Speaker:
Dr. Artem Kliuchnikov, Adjunct Professor at American University Kyiv. He received Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Dr. Kliuchnikov has an impressive track record of receiving numerous grants and leading research projects with a focus on cross-cultural leadership aspects. In addition to being a strategy consultant for various businesses and foundations, he has also served as a visiting professor at the Indiana Institute of Technology and partnered with Tiffin University to develop two courses for their Ph.D. program in Leadership. Currently, he serves as a Visiting Professor at International Leadership University in Nairobi, Kenya, where he develops and teaches various courses in their MA in Leadership program. Additionally, he is a co-founder and director of the Analytical Center for Leadership Research and Development (ACLRD) in Kyiv, conducting research on leadership practices in Eastern Europe and offering leadership training seminars.
