PwC Ukraine Is Pleased to Announce an Admission of Maksym Dudnyk as a Partner, Tax Services

PwC is pleased to announce a new leadership appointment in Ukraine - Maksym Dudnyk is admitted to partnership as a Partner, Tax services, effective 1 January 2023.

Prior to joining PwC, Maksym for a number of years worked in investment appraisal roles and projects involving pre-sale support of mergers and acquisitions. Last 13 years out of his professional career he has devoted to PwC Ukraine. Over the years Maksym helped businesses to deal with the complexities of Ukrainian tax legislation: from analyzing minor tax issues of growing companies to figuring out best options for taxing entire sectors of the economy.

During the preceding 3 years of COVID and war times he also drove a transformation agenda within the firm’s Tax, Legal & People practice.

In his new role, Maksym will propel the firm’s team of tax advisors to a new level of success while assisting businesses in Ukraine to effectively deal with the hottest tax challenges of nowadays, so that businesses are able to focus on the core (uninterrupted production, supply chain recovery, etc.).

Commenting on his appointment, Maksym Dudnyk said:

During the preceding year our team delivered to the market a strong record of success stories, including pro bono contribution to the projects aimed at the development and recovery of our country.

The next couple of years will be challenging for the people of Ukraine and its businesses. We are in a good shape to accept these challenges. We will continue working closely with our clients to help them navigate through the hard time - by solving their important issues (tax, legal, people or broader business ones). Taking care of our clients’ businesses and our people, transforming PwC to meet the needs of the new reality will continue to be my highest priorities within the Partner’s role”.
