The meeting was devoted to discussion of:
- Key measures of the National Securities and Stock Markets Commission (NSSMC) in implementing the Law of Ukraine #738-IX adopted on June 19, 2020, regarding organized commodity markets, in particular on energy trade;
- Position of the NSSMC on further improvement of the legal field of commodity exchanges and on the ways to involve business in consultations on drafts of the regulatory decisions
- Different aspects of natural gas trading on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange (UEEX) (short-term products market, customs warehouse regime, selling part of the gas of internal production at regulated price)
- Improving UEEX products regarding petroleum products and electricity trading
