The VI International Forum on Business Protection, hosted by the Yuridicheskaya Praktika, is going be devoted to the main threats to business realm in 2021, ways to prevent and overcome their emergence, and will be held on September 10th, 2021 in Kiev.
Establishment of the Economic Security Bureau, introduction of sanctions against companies and individual business representatives, adoption of the law on the creation of the legal regime "Diya.City", the automatic restraining of accounts, the change in Assets Search and Management Agency’s authority, the opening of the land market — all these events have taken place earlier this year and are going to be thoroughly analysed by Forum participants.
The Forum program includes discussions on improving the business landscape of Ukraine, the state's sanctions policy, its impact on Ukrainian business and investment attractiveness, criminal law risks for business, the development of judicial practice, as well as a presentation of successful business protection cases.
Members of Parliament of Ukraine, judges, representatives of relevant ministries, law enforcement and regulatory bodies, the Business Ombudsman Council, lawyers of leading law firms and legal advisers of large companies in the real sector of the economy are invited to participate in the forum.
