Together with a representative of the global insurance telematics leader UBI Technologies, INGO Insurance Company shared the experience of implementing the accident reduction program. The example of real customers shown how to reduce the number of accidents and the time of inefficient use of vehicles and demonstrated new approaches to fleet insurance.
Participants had an opportunity to learn how telematics will help build a careful driving culture, improve staff discipline and responsibility, reduce the fraud risks and increase operational efficiency. Since car insurance is an important part of the day-to-day operating costs of any fleet, we shown participants how innovative IT technologies intersect with insurance: scoring, FNOL (First Notification of Loss), traffic accident reconstruction, FMS services (professional fleet management).

Matika Mykola, Head of Vehicle Fleet Insurance Division, JSIC "INGO". Since 2001, Matika Mykola has been working at INGO JSIC (www.ingo.ua), where he went through all stages from specialist to head of department. He was in charge of the corporate and retail business, managed the Company's regional network and served as a crisis manager. In recent years, Mykola has been responsible for corporate sales development and interaction with partners. He carries out the projects related to the implementation of innovations, change management, development and enforcement of the Company's operational strategy. Mykola also participates in the international and local events as a speaker, Company's representative, organizer, etc. and acts as the expert in fleet management systems.
Ihor Kheresh, expert in the field of connected car. Since 2005, Ihor has been working in the field of insurance and transport telematics. In 2019, he became the CEO of UBI Technologies, a representative of the global market leader in Eastern Europe. The task of UBI Technologies is to implement solutions, which can significantly reduce the accident rate of corporate fleets.
