On February 9, 2021 the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 89 "On reducing the term of the restriction regarding the moratorium on certain types of audits" came into force. The Resolution expands the list of tax audits of legal entities that can be carried out during the quarantine introduced to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Ukraine.
