In today's environment, work becomes more collaborative in nature. Individual success often depends on one's ability to communicate and influence, not only on particular technical skills. The first event was devoted to Emotional Intelligence. Participants had an opportunity to look at Dr. Taylor Hartman's personality profile "The Color Code" to understand people's core motives and how this can impact behavior, group work, conflict, and communication.

Luke Woodruff, Director, Kyiv International School. Luke began his educational career in Alberta, Canada and has been a leader in education for over 12 years. His educational background includes a B.A. of Arts, B.A. of Education, and a Masters of Educational Leadership with a focus on curriculum and instruction. He is currently the Director at Kyiv International School, in Ukraine. Before moving to Kyiv, he spent 10 years in China with Quality Schools International as a principal and head of school. In 2014, Luke began working with Taylor Hartman Enterprises regarding emotional intelligence and successful collaboration in schools with student, teachers, and parents. He co-founded Bloom Together Inc., an educational training organization that utilizes The People Code Personality Profile to help students and teachers increase their self-awareness and ability to be effective with others.
