The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine welcomes publishing of the Draft CMU Resolution "On Amendment of p.4 of the Procedure of State Registration (re-registration) of Disinfectants" on the official website of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
Business community considers amending p. 4 of the CMU Resolution #178 on March 14, 2018 “On Amendments to the Procedure for State Registration (Re-registration) of Disinfectants" to be a crucial step towards restoring the mechanism of state registration (re-registration) of disinfectants and due implementation of the above Resolution as continuously advocated by the Chamber.
Proposed amendment extends the possibility of disinfectants’ registration on the basis of the positive conclusions of the state sanitary-epidemiological expertise after entry into force of the mentioned Resolution, but before adopting of the new procedures for the examination of specific activity, safety, quality (effectiveness) of disinfectants and their testing which are in the process of development by the Ministry of Health.
The Chamber welcomes this step of the Ministry of Health and stresses on the urgent need to adopt mentioned amendments by the Government.
