According to the results of 2020 research:
- The number of potential buyers significantly exceeded the number of sellers
- 30% of companies planned to sell their business in the next 6 to 12 months. Only 1 out of 5 companies intended to do so because of the crisis
- 60% of potential buyers have not changed their intentions to purchase assets in Ukraine due to the coronavirus crisis
