Our team advised on all Ukrainian law matters related to the transaction covering the due diligence of the Ukrainian entities of the NeoGames group and contributing to the relevant transaction documents. Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer acted as the lead legal counsel representing Aristocrat in the acquisition of NeoGames.
