The Commercial Dispute Resolution team, in collaboration with Arzinger's Labour Law practice successfully represented the Ukrainian company of AGRANA/Austria Juice Group in a lawsuit with a former employee - a member of the Сompany's management board on the revocation of the shareholder's decision and the order of dismissal, reinstatement at work and payment of the compensation for the period of the forced truancy. Arzinger lawyers supported the client in the court proceedings, i.a. by counteracting with the claimant and drafting the Settlement Agreement, which was subsequently concluded by the parties and approved by the court of first instance.
