Since 1992, our members have voted once a year and elected the American Chamber Board of Directors. The Board delivers your voice and identifies the strategy and the vision in line with your priorities and needs.
According to the Bylaws of the Chamber, there shall be not less than six (6) and not more than sixteen (16) Directors.
There were 13 nominees on the ballot. Only those candidates that received more than 33,33% of the vote have been elected to serve. According to the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine bylaws, "A Director of the Board of Directors shall be elected by a plurality of the votes so cast, provided, however, that such Director has received the vote of more than 33,33% of the votes entitled to be cast by the members".
