According to our latest AmCham/Citi Ukraine Business Climate Survey, 93% of businesses stated that the implementation of real and effective judicial reform, rule of law, fair justice, and eradication of corruption is the #1 strategic step Ukraine's Government can take to achieve economic growth, improve the business climate, and attract FDI.
On October 4, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Coalition for the Rule of Law in Global Markets presented on The Global Rule of Law and Business Dashboard 2021 report, called "Building Blocks for Economic Recovery". According to the report, Ukraine is ranked 88 out of 113 economies examined with an overall Dashboard score of 45.97%.
