Of course, the leading minds are working hard to develop technical solutions for achieving longevity and enhancing well-being but what if there is the alternative way to stay healthy and be a long-liver? What if it is quite possible to live up to 120 years just by following a set of certain recommendations? What if it is easy and won't cost you a cent?
