ADER HABER has presented a special contract for business “PROTECTED BY ADER HABER LOBBYISTS”, thus starting work under the new law on lobbying in Ukraine, which came into force on March 14 this year.
Viktor Ivanchyk, co-founder of the Astarta-Kyiv agro-industrial holding, was the first to receive a contract for business protection from ADER HABER during the award ceremony of the NV People of the Decade (2014-2024).
The contract awarded to Astarta-Kyiv, according to ADER HABER managing partner Yuriy Petrenko, is a contribution to the growth and support of Ukraine's agricultural sector during a time of war:
“Our contract ensures that a certain amount of hours of free lobbying services will be provided on any matter within the lawyers' areas of expertise in ADER HABER GR practice during 2024. So, starting today, we are protecting the interests of Astarta-Kyiv Agricultural Holding. We are ready to lobby for initiatives, draft laws, regulatory changes and help solve all legal problems so that Ukrainian agriculture has a future.”
