From the very first days of the russian invasion, INTEGRITES partnership board has decided to support the team in all possible ways: help with the evacuation abroad and across Ukraine, keep the salaries on the pre-war level, arrange for secondments (including those online) in the friendly law firms in Europe, offer financial aid for those employees whose homes got destroyed/damaged, who have lost their family members because of hostilities or became parents.
Donation and volunteering became part of our routine. Currently, we donate collectively and individually for various causes – for the needs of the Armed Forces, internally displaced Ukrainians, people whose homes were ruined by shelling. Our latest fundraiser was aimed at supporting our former colleague Gennadii Roschepii who was seriously injured in the frontline in Eastern Ukraine in October. With the help of our team and hundreds of kind-hearted people in Ukraine and across the globe, we have raised about $25k. The firm’s managing partner Oleksiy Feliv has arranged Gennadii’s transportation to Charité clinic in Berlin, where he receives treatment now. The fundraiser is ongoing.
Now the problem #1 for all Ukrainians is blackouts. As a solution, we’ve set up independent electricity and internet sources. For this purpose, the firm has bought a power generator and a Starlink terminal for the firm’s staff and their families to have a place to stay in case of long blackouts. Electricity and internet connection is available to all employees who locate in Kyiv and are able to come to the office (part of the team continues working online from the first days of the war).
Our people is our core value, and at INTEGRITES this is not just a marketing slogan. We are truly committed to support each other during these hard times.
