Despite of all the challenges, our Haleon team continues to deliver on our business commitments in Ukraine, along with supporting our employees' safety.
We have developed a contingency plan for our operation and try to support our colleagues with the necessary equipment to perform their work.
Please find below a summary of some actions we took as a company. We continue to treat the team's safety as our number one priority, trying to prepare for any worse-case scenario.
- Equipped critical roles with power stations
- Set up power stations in the office and are setting up satellite internet
- Preparing office to be a "Safety Hub" for employees and their families – purchased food supplies, water, blankets etc.
- Provided allowance to all employees to help with additional winter expenses
- Consider using any self-maintained premises with power generators in case of long-lasting blackouts (g., hotels)
- Continue the ongoing discussions with the security advisor on any further developments of the situation
