Ever since the beginning of the war, DataGroup-Volia has been doing everything possible to keep the country's telecommunications network in working order. The company operates 24/7, while our technicians, sometimes at risk of their lives, carry out repair work on the spot, even in the war zone.
Since February 24, technicians have eliminated over 40,000 network breakdowns and damages, most of which are directly tied to military actions. They additionally restored over 100 km of fiber optic lines. Meanwhile, call center employees processed more than 780,000 calls from our subscribers, and our cyber security experts mitigated over 1,800 DDoS attacks on the country's critical infrastructure, banking, and energy in particular.
Since October, the enemy has launched a targeted attack on our country's energy infrastructure. Every week, dozens of enemy missiles hit our energy facilities, which also dramatically affects energy-dependent sectors of our economy, including Internet connection.
Those are the conditions in which our company has supplied essential network facilities with uninterruptible power supply systems. In particular, in recent months, we have purchased an additional 40 generators to support the uninterrupted operation of city networks. We have built 11 reserve links, which allow us to quickly transfer traffic from de-energized parts of the network to others. As of now, we are actively continuing the process of purchasing new generators and batteries to ensure the operation of the network during power outages. We synchronized technical service work with rolling blackout schedules in different cities so that they can fix problems at network facilities quickly. All these measures allowed to significantly increase the percentage of operable substations in autonomous mode. And we are making every effort to increase these numbers further.
