The object is located at 12/1 Revutskogo Street and will be divided into 2 stages.
The first phase is expected to be commissioned in mid-2021
The total area will be 2902 square meters, and gross leasable area - 2508 square meters
The commissioning of the second phase of construction is expected by the end of 2022
Its total area will be 4480 square meters, rental space - 3692 sq.m.
The shopping center has 3 floors.
To date, the vertical elements of the reinforced concrete frame of the second floor of the building are being filled
In particular, a food court will be located in the shopping center, and a popular supermarket is planned to open on the ground floor.
