The Ministry of Finance announces the entry into force from 00:00. March 5, 2021, the order required for the application of the common transit regime in Ukraine.
The order approved:
1) The procedure for customs formalities in the application of the common transit regime using the electronic transit system, which, in particular, sets the features:
- completion of customs formalities during the placement of goods in the common transit regime,
- movement of goods in common transit,
- completion of the joint transit regime and removal from control of the operation of the joint transit regime in the customs territory of Ukraine;
2) The procedure for admission of vehicles and containers for transportation of goods under customs seals in the mode of joint transit, which defines the features of admission of vehicles and containers for transportation of goods under customs seals in the mode of joint transit.
The order developed by the Ministry of Finance is another step for Ukraine's accession to the Convention on the Joint Transit Procedure.
