The Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kyiv informs that in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 12.02.12020 № 74 "Some issues of labeling of alcoholic beverages" from 01.05.2020 approved new samples of excise tax stamps for alcoholic beverages of domestic and imported production .
Excise tax stamps of the previous model, already purchased by economic entities, are used in the production of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products until their full use, and alcoholic beverages and tobacco products marked with such stamps are in circulation until they are fully sold within the shelf life.
