The meeting was devoted to the presentation of the procedure for the preparation and evaluation of investment projects with significant investments as well as discussion of the following bylaws, stipulated by the Law of Ukraine #1116-IX “On State Support of Investment Projects with Significant Investments in Ukraine”:
- the Requirements to the feasibility study of an investment project with significant investments (Article 7.1.2 of the Law #1116-IX)
- the Requirements to the applicant regarding financial capacity for the implementation of an investment project with significant investments (Article 7.3 of the Law #1116-IX)
