AmCham Ukraine Annual Report 2019

“2019 was an unprecedented year for Ukraine, its people, business community, and U.S-Ukraine relations. 81% of AmCham Ukraine member companies saw increase in revenue; 82% plan to expand their business in Ukraine in the next five years. For 2020 we stay focused to push forward the economic agenda and stand up for business in Ukraine, supporting our members and helping their business grow”.

Andy Hunder
President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine

“For 27 years AmCham Ukraine has been a steadfast partner and advocate for our members. 2019 was a year of immense change in the country with the election of a new President and Parliament, as well as appointment of a new Prime Minister and government.  It was a year marked by an ambitious legislative agenda that should bear fruit in the future through increased investment and GDP growth.  Our focus for 2020 remains unchanged – to advocate for rule of law, protection of investor property rights, sanctity of contracts entered into by the state, independence of Ukraine’s central bank, continuation of structural reforms and much more, while serving the needs of our members investing in Ukraine, creating jobs and paying taxes.  We thank AmCham President Andy Hunder and the talented team of professionals at AmCham Ukraine who work tirelessly every day on our behalf, and to all of our member companies who contribute so much to the AmCham community.  We wish you prosperity next year and in the years to come!”
