For eight years in a row, 'SUN InBev Ukraine' (before - 'SUN Interbrew Ukaine') is the undisputed leader of the Ukrainian beer market, with a market share reaching 40% (by the end of Y2008).

It is a young dynamic company, and a worthy successor to the centuries-old European brewers, remaining true to their traditions. From 2000 up to October, 2007, 'SUN InBev Ukraine' invested about 400 million euro in the development of production and beer culture promotion.

Formed by the combination of InBev and Anheuser-Busch and formation of  Anheuser-Busch InBev - the world's largest brewer by volume, 'SUN InBev Ukraine' represents it in local market

'SUN InBev Ukraine' brand portfolio consists of nine brands: three Ukrainian brands – 'Chernihivske' and 'Rohan', 'Yantar', and six international brands - Stella Artois, Staropramen, Beck's, Leffe, Hoegaarden, Lowenbrau.

'SUN InBev Ukraine' incorporates three big breweries in Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Mykolayiv. In 2006 'SUN InBev Ukraine' merged with breweries to form one legal entity. They have been restructured  into balance-free affiliates of  'SUN InBev Ukraine' OJSC. 
In 2010 the company's name changed to PJSC SUN InBev Ukraine.
The company has developed its national system of sales and distribution.

'SUN InBev Ukraine' is constantly working at modernization of its production sites, installing the most contemporary equipment which corresponds to European environmental standards and procedures.

With 'SUN InBev Ukraine' coming to Ukrainian market the breweries in five years  have turned into economically successful and developed productions which now have the most contemporary, low-waste, safe and progressive equipment and technologies.

The company does not stop on its high results and continues to develop and improve its production trying to correspond to all European standards and requirements, both in products' quality and in environment safety.

'SUN InBev Ukraine' is a socially responsible company which advocates for  moderate beer consumption and is against underage drinking.

The company has a Code of Commercial Communications and Social responsibility policy according to which beer marketing is directed only at those above the legal drinking age and doesn't encourage excessive or irresponsible beer consumption.

Being a leader of Ukrainian beer market, 'SUN InBev Ukraine' became the first among Ukrainian brewers to start implementation of the project 'Consumer Service' and to launch the 'Hot Line'. The aim of the project is to provide consumers with full information about the beer, to raise the level of the beer  culture in society and to receive the feedback from consumers, which is extremely important for the company and is necessary for the improvement of its operations.

'SUN InBev Ukraine' is an ambassador of beer culture in the Ukrainian market.

For the last eight years the company has been hosting Stella Artois World Draught Master Competition (SAWDM).

Under the support of 'Stella Artois World Draught Master Competition' there were two special training centers for bartenders 'Beer Academy' opened in Kyiv, and Kharkiv. More than 200 beer experts have graduated from “Beer Academies” in recent years.

Today brand 'Chernihivske' is the biggest by volume in “SUN Inbev Ukraine”'s portfolio, and one of the leaders in Ukrainian beer market. It is a modern Ukrainian product, which corresponds to highest international standards of  brewing.

'Chernihivske' supports Ukrainian sports. This is the only brand which supported The National Olympic Team of Ukraine in 2004 and later continued the partnership with the national Olympic Committee during the preparation for Winter Olympic Games in 2006. In 2007 the brand became the Official sponsor of The Ukrainian Football Championship and the main sponsor of Fotball Supercup of Ukraine.

The social responsibility of 'SUN Inbev Ukraine' and its brand 'Chernihivske' is evidently confirmed, particularly, in the joint projects with “The Klytchko Brothers' Fund” and the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” (“Choose It with Your Heart” - 2005, “Contribute into Your Own Future” - 2006). 

August 2008, “SUN InBev Ukraine” together with Ukrainian State Police was implemented social initiative “Don't drink and drive”.
