On July 18, the Chamber Food & Beverage Committee held a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine: Sergiy Lukyanchuk, Director of the Department of Ecological Safety and Licensing and Oleksandr Semenets, Deputy Director of the Department – Head of the Office of Waste Management and Eco Safety. The meeting was devoted to discussion of the Draft National Waste Management Strategy (hereinafter – Strategy), developed by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine in cooperation with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Ministry of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine, EBRD, and GIZ
During the meeting were discussed key indicators of macroeconomic situation in Ukraine and on Western markets as well as inflation forecasts and foreign currency exchange indexes dynamics.
During the meeting were discussed the Draft Order regarding inspection of plant variability as well as status of the industry’s regulatory documents.
The Chamber held a presentation of results of the Chamber Survey on Antimonopoly Issues along with respective Roadmap discussion.
