At some point, every work team experiences disagreement. Depending upon circumstances, different ways of dealing with them exist. Participants will have an opportunity to find out how to handle conflicts in their organizations.

Before getting into the process of conflict resolution, participants will learn about:

  • Elements of The Harvard Negotiation Method and conflict resolution with the help of mediation approach (CEDR, Great Britain)
  • Dispute resolution algorithms that really work. How, when and what should be done to reach mutually beneficial agreements that will be fulfilled?
  • How to avoid destructive emotions during the dialogue (negotiation, cooperation)?

 

Speaker:

Olga Shepel, Director, Ukrainian Mediation Center (Kyiv Mohyla Business School).

Olga is a Mediator at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (Great Britain) as well as at the Munich Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Olga is psychologist-psychoanalyst and has master's degree in international management.

 

Working language of the Event will be Ukrainian. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
