Knowledge Seminar "The Code of Bankruptcy Proceedings: A New Life of Creditors and Borrowers"


It is expected that the new Code of Bankruptcy Proceedings will ensure Ukraine's growth in 80 positions in "Solving insolvency" of the Doing Business rating and in 9 positions in the overall rating of ease of doing business.
