Susan Fritz, Regional Mission Director to Ukraine and Belarus, USAID.
In her role, she oversees a Mission of approximately 120 staff managing a portfolio of approximately $965 million in Ukraine and $57.3 million in Belarus. During her 27 year USAID career, Susan Fritz served as Mission Director in East Africa and Serbia and Montenegro, Deputy Mission Director in Kosovo, Regional Democracy Officer in Bulgaria, and Democracy Office Director in Central Asia and in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Washington, she served as the Elections and Political Process Team Leader in the Democracy and Governance Center, and in several positions in the E&E Bureau’s Democracy Office.
Lenna Koszarny, Vice-Chair of American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Board of Directors, Founding Partner & Chief Executive Officer, Horizon Capital.
Lenna Koszarny was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2014, formerly serving as Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer from 2006 and an officer of Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF) since 2003. Prior Ms. Koszarny co-founded a leading consulting firm in Ukraine, EBS, in 1998. Ms. Koszarny is a Vice Chair of the American Chamber Board of Directors. Ms. Koszarny is a recipient of a Commemorative Medal issued on the occasion of the 25th Anniversary of Independence by the President of Ukraine, in recognition of her long-standing contribution to the country.

Iryna started her career in 1995 in just established local Juice company Sandora that has become # 1 player in Ukrainian Juice market since 2000. Since 2012 Iryna Kozlova was in charge of Business Transformation and Integration Dairy business into PepsiCo Ukraine system and creating fully integrated business unit covering all categories – Snacks, Juice, Beverages and Dairy. During 2013-2015 Iryna was leading PepsiCo Ukraine commercial and marketing agenda for three categories: Snacks, Beverages and Juices. Iryna believes on following principles - think future, success is an award of a hard work, effective leader is embracing other people and championing talent development.
