A number of actions was approved recently by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in view of restructuring debts under court decisions, execution of which are guaranteed by the State. On July 12, the Government adopted the Resolution #522, approving the mechanism of use of funds, previewed by the State Budget for execution of judgments, guaranteed by the State.
